Another "Kevco Signature Whole House Renovation" with beautiful Maple Cabinetry, Granite tops, New Energy Efficient Windows and Hardwood Flooring. The Interior Floorplan was redesigned for today's living needs and to maximize this beautiful lake front property. The Exterior was updated with Stone Accents and New Stucco.

Saylor

As is very popular in today’s economic environment we have all come to the conclusion that we may have to keep what we have and update it. Alexander (Phase II)

This project features a Grand Portico and a Whole House Renovation with Chefs Kitchen, redesigned interior space, a new Master Bathroom and a Great Room with coffered ceilings. The ceilings were raised from 8’ to 11’ while eliminating all interior structural walls.

Leech

This project features a bonus room conversion and bathroom addition. We converted a walk in closet to a full bathroom with shower, added a walk in closet in the bonus room space as well as added 2 windows in a structural second story wall.

Meola

This project features a very large (1500 sq. ft) bonus room over a garage. We designed the space for a great room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The space features vaulted ceilings, plant shelves and designer paint colors.

Welty commercial

This project is one of the most challenging commercial projects we have ever tackled. It was under a stop work order from the City for numerous code violations. We will be redesigning the interior space, adding a showroom, adding stucco, stone and new Tuscan paint colors to the exterior.
