• More homeowners are realizing the need to modify existing homes for changing needs. As Lake County’s only certified Aging in Place remodelor, an increasing percentage of our projects involve these needs. We are able to provide recommendations and installations of bathroom accessories (zero step showers, grab bars, comfort height vanities & toilets, cabinets, and detachable shower heads). Some homes only require minor modifications; allow us to work with your physical therapist to make the improvements necessary for comfort and accessibility.
• As homes get older, surface and sub-surface damage often becomes an issue. Give us the opportunity, either as part of a larger remodel or as a stand-alone project, to restore your home to its original condition. Our projects consist of complete interior and exterior wall restoration to trim and finish work.
• Economic/market uncertainty has led many of our clients to upgrade or renovate rather than purchase a new home. They often find that this is an easier and less costly way to get the space and functionality they need. We specialize in additions, bathrooms, kitchens, and space reconfiguration.
