Alexander (Phase II)

This project features a Grand Portico and a Whole House Renovation with Chefs Kitchen, redesigned interior space, a new Master Bathroom and a Great Room with coffered ceilings. The ceilings were raised from 8’ to 11’ while eliminating all interior structural walls. Kevco Roofing did an excellent job on the roofing.

This was a large scale project Master Suite addition and whole house exterior renovation. We added a beautiful master bedroom and master bath with walk in shower and garden tub. Custom Cabinetry and granite tops are the focal point of this spa bath. The exterior was updated to give it curb appeal to the most recent architectural appointments with stone accents.  Our Roofing division, Kevco Roofing, was tasked with the roofing phase of the project.

The project is the poster child of before and after! This is a 5000 sq ft under roof whole house renovation. This project was taken over by Kevco for a client that hired a contractor that was not able to perform to their (the client’s) expectations. After contacting us on short notice and a couple of on site meetings, the client gained a comfort level with us and hired Kevco to complete the project. Another "Kevco Signature Whole House Renovation" with beautiful Maple Cabinetry, Granite tops, New Energy Efficient Windows and Hardwood Flooring. The Interior Floorplan was redesigned for today's living needs and to maximize this beautiful lake front property. The Exterior was updated with Stone Accents and New Stucco.

A custom designed Chef's Kitchen was a dream this client had. We designed a Chef's dream appointed with the finest cabinetry, counter tops, and appliances. The stainless steel range hood is a beautiful appointment and the customers selection of colors were absolutely beautiful.
