As Lake County, Florida's Premier Remodeling Company we have a very diversified portfolio from residential remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, room additions and whole house renovations to light commercial remodeling. This project features a dual master suite 1700 square ft. addition with custom trim and custom tile work. The Grand Suite features a sitting room with custom trim work throughout, walk in closet, double bath vanity and slate shower.

This project features a Grand Portico and a Whole House Renovation with Chefs Kitchen, redesigned interior space, a new Master Bathroom and a Great Room with coffered ceilings. The ceilings were raised from 8’ to 11’ while eliminating all interior structural walls.

This project features a bonus room conversion and bathroom addition. We converted a walk in closet to a full bathroom with shower, added a walk in closet in the bonus room space as well as added 2 windows in a structural second story wall.

This project features a very large (1500 sq. ft) bonus room over a garage. We designed the space for a great room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The space features vaulted ceilings, plant shelves and designer paint colors.

This project is one of the most challenging commercial projects we have ever tackled. It was under a stop work order from the City for numerous code violations. We will be redesigning the interior space, adding a showroom, adding stucco, stone and new Tuscan paint colors to the exterior.
