1980 Kevin Burkholder founded Kevco Builders, Inc.

With over 20 years of experience as an executive in the construction business I think about what my mentor told me at the time that I was just getting into this business. He said this is not a construction business this is a people business. He went on to tell me that you have to help others get what they want in order to be successful. Success will not always be measured in dollars but more so in the satisfaction of helping others. My career has been built around this principle.

Whether it is people that you work for, or those that work for you, it is paramount in your success. The best days in life have nothing to do with money but have everything to do with people and the gratification of seeing their dreams realized.

My personal commitment to each and every customer, regardless of the size of the project, is to meet with them and thank them in person for their business.
